Headaches, Tiredness, Loss Of Appetite, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Fever, Night Sweats, Yellow Urine. Done Strep Test. Worry?

I am concerned for my 15 yr old daughter. We just went to the dr b/c we think she has mono. Tired, no appetite, 1 swollen lymph node in bsck ig her neck, fever, night sweats, itchy skin, yellower urine, some headaches. This has been going on for about over 2 weeks now. Blood tests were order for strep and mono....not sure exactly what test and if only spot test. I heard from the receptionist today that the blood work came back abnormal and need to come see dr. I am worried it could be something worse like luekemia.....

No need to worry this is not the thing what you are thinking, You have not mentioned, where are you from, because in Asia, the tubercular infection is common and this need to be ruled out first, here the chances of some tropical infection is likely, but for sure not the malignant one, proper treatment will give good result, have nice day.
