Healthy Weight, Fundal Height, Parameters To Know On 5th Month Ultrasound?

Hi Doctor,
I am in my 19th week 2 days as on today. I have my 5th month ultrasound may 18th.
I have concerns and questions:
Concerns:
1:All say I dont look pregnant
2:My iron, haemoglobin a month before showed 11.4 (13 is minimum)
3:This is my first pregnancy and in 3rd month ultrasound sonographer told all normal - 7cms, 156bps(heart rate)

Questions:
1:Whats the healthy weight, fundal height, parameters to know on 5th month ultrasound to ensure i have healthy growing baby (above average)
2:How do I know I would hv low risk safe delivery ? in ultrasound ?

Hello,
Thanks for your query. I am very happy to answer your concerns and question:
1. At 19 weeks your uterus is just midway below the umbilicus, so its not possible to make out you are pregnant just by seeing you.

2. your HB is normal

3. Your ultrasound seems normal.

2.Check out NT-nuchal translucency scan and anomaly scan, if they are normal, just relax and ENJOY your pregnancy.
