Heard And Felt A Loud Snap On The Top Part Of Outside Ear While Using Thread Mill

Hello,
I was on a tread mill last night exercising and walking at a brisk pace (3.5 mph) and I heard and felt a loud snap on and at the top part of the outside out my ear. NOT a tinitus "sound" but like I was shot with a BB or something, this happend twice in about 5 minutes. No blood, no mark, just the loud SNAP that I heard AND felt, and there was no one else in the exercise room here at work.....Strange!!!!! Any ideas? Thanks. Dwayne

or sudden imbalance of endolympatic fluid in inner ear
or blood circulation defect
need to investigate for these causes by consulting ent doctor
