Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your husband has suffered from acute M.I., it is good that he was treated with Angioplasty and stent placement.
creatinine kinase is high which is due to muscle injury, rhabdomyolysis, , myositis, due to many other causes. In MI we check MB fraction .
In your case if he is taking Statin for Lipid abnormality this can cause rise in creatinine kinase level, due to rhabdomyolysis.
You should consult your treating Physician and if necessary statin may have to be stopped and some other agent may be given.
Please take care
Good Luck
