Heart Attack, Degenerative Lower Disc, Damaged Heart. Received A Stent. What Can Be Understood?

if after a heart attack you are told that 35% of your heart is damaged because of scar tissue and you are told by a pulmonologist that because of moderate COPD that you have only 60% lung function left and you have degenerative lower disc issues and you are currently taking 35 rounds of radiation along with 7 rounds of chemo therapy for 3rd stage throat cancer and you receive all meds and food thru a PEG tube at age of 48.this is not a complete assesment of all of my wife`s health issues but, would consider her to be disabled to work in the state of alabama?bythe way she had a mild heart attack at work 1st and received 1 stent which a blood clot stopped up 7 days later then the massive heart attack happened she cant be exposed to heat 80 degree or above cold 45 or lower cant be exposed to dust, gases,no climbing ladders,no scaffolds no dangerous machinery this may not be complete limititation list but you can answer my question with this info right?

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

With reduced cardiac and lung function in addition to stage 3 cancer your wife should definitely be considered unable to work in any state.
According to some statistics about 60% of persons are initially denied benefits.

If you are having difficulties you may want to consider hiring an attorney who may be able to assist you.

I hope this helps
