Heart Burn, Frequent Urination At Nights, Light Pink Spotting, Cramping. Pregnancy?

Last period 09/16-09/20. Hubby came inside me 09/30 and 10/4. 10/24 light spotting. 10/25-10/26 dull red filled up two pads each day but not a ton, 10/27- 10/31 light pink bleeding. Cycles are 28 days. If I concieved 09/30 I would almost be 5 weeks. In the past week all negative. Symptoms: heartburn, frequent urination at night, headaches, light pink spotting, moderate cramping. Too early to test or something else.

Hi,
In view of your past menstrual history, it looks like an early pregnancy. Your symptoms could also relate to that. Urine pregnancy test becomes positive 3-7 days after a missed period when done with a fresh early morning sample. For a better confirmation, you can get a serum beta-hCG estimation as this is very sensitive as well as specific. It would be better if you can also get a trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope your query is clarified. Take care.
