Heart Flutters, Arm Numbness, Pain In The Chest After Drinking Coke. Anxiety Or Heart Condition?
My friend uses coke on weekends for 10 years and after his last use he began experiencing: heart flutters, arm numbness, pain in his shoulder/ chest . It s been 7 days since he s used and the symptoms haven t gone away they just vary in severity. Could this be anxiety triggered by use or an actual heart condition? He says it s worst at night and keeps him from sleeping bc he is so scared.

It seems like an actual heart condition. Please ask him to get an EKG done to rule out the possible causes.
