Heart Palpitation, Increasing Frequency, Dull Pain In Shoulder And Armpit, Tiredness. Normal ECG

I have experienced a series of heart palpitations over the last 3years they were only once or twice daily but now they are much more frequent I notice one an hour. I often get a dull pain in my shoulder and armpit and have been feeling so tired and weak. Often in the evening they are more frequent and can happen continuously.
I have had Ecgs in the past which haven't shown any abnormalities.

Hi, as you describe they appear to be due to the anxiety,tension, or gastric irritation. But as a precationary measure you should consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment,or to exclude cardiac involve ment.
Previous E.C.G, will not have any information , now you have to take E.C.G,echo, and stress test for confirmation, Thank you,.
