Heart Rate Of 175, Am I In The Danger Zone ?

What is a normal heart rate for a 21 year old female???And what s the heart rate of a heart attack??? I went to the hospital and had a heart rate of 175.Was i close to a heart attack...was i in the danger zone??

60-100 techically, but 60-80 is about the best. There is no set rate for a heart attack as the rate can change to either slower (bradycardia), faster (tachycardia) than normal, or be normal. Usually you'll find it to be a bit fast, caused by a release of adrenalin from being scared,
