Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You have chest pain(Right) dry cough and slow heart rate, any cough of long duration > 2 week and chest pain should not be ignored as there may be some abnormality may be there.
Cough and pain could be due to chest infection and membrane around lungs may cause pain also if etiology is viral may affect heart also as exact heart rate may be known.
You should visit a Physician and after physical examination a ECG, X Ray chest to see any abnormality if required some blood test may also carried and depending on cause treatment can be planned and you will improve soon.
Anxiety usually causes fast heart rate if it is slow may be you are taking drug for anxiety?
Take care
Good Luck
