Thanks for writing to health care magic!
I have gone through your question and see that you have a complain of heaviness in head which is mainly in morning hours, increase while bending the head down, and during Namaz time, and gets better with evening.
I think you have not got yourself investigated as there are no reports mentioned in the question.
Had I been your doctor I would ask you to get an
X Ray neck in AP and Lateral view, because your symptoms resemble
cervical spondylosis.
Till that time, I think you should:
- avoid bending your neck
- avoid sudden jerky neck movements
-use a thin pillow while sleeping
- if you sleep on a soft and fat mattress, switch to a normal and thinner one.
This will give rest to your neck muscles during night and reduce heaviness.
Hope the answer helps you to get relief from this heaviness.
Feel free to ask more questions regarding health.
