Heaviness In Head, Dizziness, Body Imbalance, Unable To Hear Loud Sound After Hitting Head. Serious?

Dear Doctor, Last week my head got hit on a woodden pole heavely and feel heavyness on my head and feel diziness and a little less body balence also. i consulted a physician yeaterday and got medicines cataflam and Betaserc. I had it for two days, waiting for the course to complete, now also i feel dizziness and unable to hear loud sound. what i wound do? is it serious?

Problem with hearing points to the ear...
History of injury pint to the need for intra-cranial insult...
You may need a CT scan...
