Heaviness In Head, Dizziness, Numbness In Hand. Taking Levothroxin, Now In Normal Range. Suggestions?

I am taking levothyroxin 100 mcg one tablet per day since last seven months , now my thyroid level is in range, but I am feeling heaviness in center of my head, slight dizziness and some time on bed during night time , I feel numbness of my hand , arm etc, back of my neck is also paining , my neck feels pain, some time I never sleep at night due to this symptoms, I checked my thyroid last week, it was in normal range. I am feeling these symptoms since last 2-3 weeks, these symptoms are off and on. I am worried much . Please help me, my age is 35 and I am female, last two months I got heavy periods.

Welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms is not related with thyroid at present.
It might be due to b12,calcium and multi vitamin deficiency.
Go for cbc,b12,calcium investigations.
Start hemetinics,b12,calcium and d3 supplement.
Complete course of intra muscular injections will be helpful.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Avoid stress,eat good,nutritious,balance food.
Do exercise,yoga regularly.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
