Heaviness In Head, Ear Drum Has Gone A Little Behind. All Other Test Normal. Any Home Remedy ?

Hi my name is AAAAA i having heaviness in head since some days, i have seen a ENT and also done some test of audiology earring is proper but drum has gone little behind , ( CT Scan , sugar and blood test , the same was report has no problem ) but the heaviness has not yet gone ear pains, I work on the PC from 10 am to 7 pm, doctor has given me tablets solopose 0.5, I am also taking stem ( vaporizers ) pls help any other home remedy

Welcome to the forum. It is nice to know that your CT Scan, sugar and blood tests are normal. Heaviness in the head that you are experiencing can be due to your long hour work on PC. You should get your eyes checked. Hope you have the glare of your PC adjusted to suit your eyes. Take short breaks whenever you get time. It will relax your eyes as well as head. Do eye muscle exercises as soon as you get time or between work.

Heaviness can be due to incomplete sleep, inadequate rest. Take proper sleep, get a comfortable mattress. Constipation often causes heaviness in the head, keep yourself well hydrated, keep bowels clean. Take fiber rich food.

Consult your treating doctor, get an X-Ray PNS done to rule out sinusitis. You should get treated for it if radiology shows a positive report. Home treatment for sinusitis is steam inhalation. Partially the heaviness in your head is due to the ear problem. Get treated well,take care.
