Heaviness In Testicles, Swelling, No Burning Urination, No Hardness In Testicles. Reason?

Hi,
I am facing heaviness in my testicles for some time on right side of scrotum. This doesn't last for long time. It will be there for couple of hours and goes away. Few months back, I had pain and it was gone after few days. I don't have pain even when I feel heaviness in testicles. When it is heavy I see it could be swelled.

No burning when urinating.
No hardness in testicles.
No injury.

I am thinking whether is it something to be worried. Recently I put some weight and my waist size has got increased. I am still wearing old jeans I feel very tight when i wear them. Probably when I wear these kind of jean I feel more frequently heaviness in testicles. Could you please let me know whether I should visit urologist for this. Or this is a common problem.

Thanks.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Possibly because of the tightness of the jeans and continuous friction on the testes, there is some swelling due to inflammation due to which you are feeling heaviness. Sometimes, varicose veins of the testis also gives rise to similar kind of heaviness of the testes. However, it may not be possible to judge it without clinically examination of the testes. Therefore, I would suggest you to visit a general surgeon/Urologist, who after clinically examining you may suggest for a plain/doppler ultrasound of the testes to arrive at a conclusion. Wishing you an early recovery.
