hello and welcome, The bleeding may be caused by the fibroid. Other causes may be hormonal imbalances, recurrence of cyst or cervical polyps [ less likely as the bleeding is heavy]. Please get an ultrasound done and a hormonal evaluation. Treatment will then follow the cause. You may use mefenamic acid tablets while awaiting the reports after investigations to help control the bleeding.
