Heavy Showers And Chillness. Is It Due To Climate Change? On T-minic. Enough?

we stay in cochin..during the last few days we have experiencing heavy showers and chillness too and because of the sudden change in climatic condition my son 51/2 years old weighing (27kgs) ..hes having slight running nose and cough..gave him t-minic now...what cough syrup should i give him..hes very fuzzy about taking syrups..

Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Such upper respiratory tract infections are due to viral infections in this changing weather.
You should start the child on Maxtra-P or Cozy Kid syrup. Get either of them and give him 3ml four times a day, he will surely enjoy it's test. Mostly the problem subsides in 4-5 days time.
