From your description you are most likely having a pelvic infection (Acute PID). You will need to pay a visit to your gynobs for prompt assessment and management of the condition. Non the less, pregnancy is possible but you will have to confirm with a pregnancy test and a pelvic ultrasound. Pelvic ultrasound will be able to determine if there are products of conception in your uterine cavity and in case it is a PID, there will be signs that could help your gynobs suspect the condition. Some laboratory work up needs to be done in order to determine the type of infection presenting. A urine analysis is also important. For your issues with trying to get pregnant, a fertility doctor or gynobs can follow you up properly from this point as PID can complicate to infertility in women.
Hope this helps
