Hello -- I am 35 years old, 6'3", and about 190lbs. I drink a bit, a lot actually, and I can't eat after a night of drinking. In addition, as I've gotten older, my heart hurts sometimes after heavy drinking, and I just feel internally uncomfortable. I imagine you're wondering when the last time I went to a doctor, and honestly it's been since 2009 -- I know, I need to fix that. With that said, and in the interim of my appointment, I was hoping for some bullet points I can explore online. Here some more supportive details about me:
-I don't workout, but I walk a lot downtown Austin.
-I'm above average with eating heathly (I think). No sodas, dessert (I don't like sweets, probably because of all the booze), I rarely eat fast food.
-I've been smoking cigarettes since I was 15, about 3/4s of a pack a day.
-Drug history, but ages ago. Almost anything you could think of, but that ended around 24 years old. Speed/meth use was heavy from 18 to 22.
-I have a stressful job implementing cloud technologies, and work from home (for some reason I thought that may be pertinent information).
-My sleep is consistent, hour-wise, but never quite steady, unless I'm, well, drunk upon going to sleep.
-I don't get hangovers like normal people. I mean outside of the aforementioned discomfort, I don't get headaches, and if I do vomit (rarely) it's in the morning, and over quickly with no lasting effect.
Please share your thoughts. I've never used a site like this so I appreciate your response.
Thank you,
Mace
