Is It Normal To Have A Grape-sized Dent And Pain When Bending Down After Hitting My Forehead On A Sharp Corner Two Days Ago?

Hello, 2 days ago I band down to feed my cat and got hit my forhead in sharp corner of heating system. It began bleeding but its stopped soon after. The next day it was painful to band down my head was huring a lot but reat of time it was abdalutely fine. Today i saw there is a dent next to the cut I had in my head, its like a grape size dent. Today I still have pain to bend with my head down but not so strong as yesterdayX its better today. I wanted to ask if its normal? Mamy thanks in advance :)
