Hello, Both Of My Feet Have A Purplish Mottled Appearance

Hello, Both of my feet have a purplish mottled appearance that is shiny at times then at other fairly normal colored. This mottled/botchy look is spreading up both legs and now I see it in my hands. The feet can be burning firey hot or ice cold then the pain is terrible. I have morphine for pain management and just this past Sunday it took 60 mgs of it to kill the pain. I have been told I have cellulitis, prior to this mottle look my feet were flaming red, and after this purple appeared no one seems to know what is going on. I've been tested for Autoimmune disorders and all the tests came back negative. Been tested for PAD and that's normal. Have had heart echograms and heart attack with heart congistive failure tests run and all come back normal. My CBC panels are normal too. This is getting worse as it's spreading throughout my body and no one seems to know what it is or how to even begin to run tests. Any help you can offer would be most appreciated.
