Hello Doc,
I'm 64 years old male.
I have a headache on the left side of my head for the past 2 weeks .
It has lessened but the headache is still there.
It helps when I pressed the spot at the back of my neck below my left ear .
A couple of years ago, I had shingles and recently I had new transition spectacles.
Work level is quite high.
What can I do to get rid of this headache?
