Hello Doctor! I am having a slightly whitish appearence in my lower part of scrotum and a bit between my thighs close to scrotum.
There is no itchiness , no foul smell, and that part if my skin is quite smooth.
It's been 2 weeks since i have noticed it. While having shower when i apply soap . There is a very slight itchiness . The skin there is a bit shiny also dry .
