Hello Doctor, I Have TSH 22 ΜIU/ml. I Performed This

Hello Doctor,

I have TSH 22 μIU/ml. I performed this test immediately after HSG Xray (Day9 of menses).
Otherwise my health is fine and i am trying to conceive (Age 29).
T3&T4 were tested a month back, and was normal.
HSG is also normal.
History:
In 2012 i had Pulmonary TB and took 6 months treatment and got recovered.
After staying fit for 1 year in 2014 again i had TB in Lymph node, left side of neck, for which excision biopsy was done and 9 months medicine was taken), i became off medication since Feb2015.
Now i am trying to conceive from 4months and so got tests done.
Except TSH(22) and Prolcatin (58) all other test (HSG, Blood work, AMH, B12) are normal. Vit D is less too. Can you tell me how to proceed ? or should i get myself tested again during my menses to confirn TSH levels again?
