M 10weeks 6days pregnant. My caretaker has given me folsafe plus capsules which I consume after breakfast. Wanted to enquire if one dose is enough in a day??
I was going thru the deficiency of folic acid in the body. It says weekness, headaches, loss of appetite, weight loss suprisingly am going thru all that. But these are also the symptoms of pregnancy also.. Just too confused. Kindly help
