Hello Doctor! This is Dev pinging from Dubai. I have had a cold, sore throat, blocked nose, and headache since the last 5 days. Apparently, this is common here at this time of the year; maybe due to the changing weather. I ran down to the nearest pharmacy for some quick relief and the pharmacist suggested a daily dose of Curam 1g (2 tabs), Prospan cough syrup, and Claritine (1 tab), for a week. I request your opinion on this medication.
