Hello Dr, I Have Been Married For 8yrs Didn't Conceive,

Hello Dr, I have been married for 8yrs didn't conceive, I had 3 iui's n 1ivf but all negative,
Now I'm going for another ivf but Dr told after scan that I have pcos n my IRT test also shows insulin resistant overies so he put me on metformin500mg 3times n actos 15mg once for 2 months
Than again I have to take irt test n go to him
But my problem is I can't take 3 tables as im getting dizziness n weak, not able to do any thing
Plz help me can I take ova care or any other tabla during this 2 month to get some energy n to improve my chances of successful ivf
