Hello Dr. I'm 25w4d Pregnant With A Boy My Ultrasound

Hello Dr.
I'm 25w4d pregnant with a boy my ultrasound showed the following:The morphological analysis shows a prominence of the renal pelvises bilaterally measured at 4.9-5.3mm with no ureteral dilatation and unremarkable appearance of the bladder that is not distended.

I don't understand the problem itself causes and what is going on? Is the baby okay? Will he suffer during pregnancy or after birth? I just want to know what might happen in all conditions.

Please advise.
