Hello Dr. Rynne- I Am Currently Taking 40mg Of Humira

Hello Dr. Rynne- I am currently taking 40mg of Humira every 2 weeks for Psoriatic Arthritis. This past week, I've had severe pain, swelling, redness in my joints - fingers, knees feet, neck, lower back, and hip area (both sides of my body). I have dry eye and dry mouth as well. Is it possible that, I could have RA Arthritis/ and or Psoriatic? I was diagnosed some 20 years ago with Fibromyalgia. I Gabapentin, Paxil, and Tizanidene for my Fibro. I am 56, broke out 1 1/2 yeas ago with severe Psoriasis & then got Psoriatic Arthritis soon afterward. I was on Methotrexate at first. It seems like I'm in a flare-up,or something? Lots of pain - I will be calling my Arthritis Dr. On Monday for an emergency appointment.
