Hello Dr. My Husband Is A 2 Time Brain Cancer

Hello Dr. my husband is a 2 time brain cancer survivor and also lost his peref. vision , we went to the eye doctor for his check up and she said his eye sight is mostly gone in the right eye and there is bleeding, she is setting up and appointment for him. I saw some spots and asked what they were and she said they are called bear tracks. Dan also has nogils under his skin and a nogil on the right lung. Could this be what they call Gardner's Syndrome, and how do they check for this?
