Hello, During My Last GYN Exam The Doctor Performed A

Hello, During my last GYN exam the doctor performed a hysteroscopy and found fibroids. He put me on progesterone and scheduled surgery. The bleeding was still extremely heavy so he ordered a Zoladex implant. During my pre-op my BP was really elevated and this is something that I have never had problems with. Could the additional hormones be the cause? I am concerned especially with surgery coming up.
