Hello, I am 12. I know this isn't the best outlet but I need help. I think I may have sleep imsomnia. I often find it hard to fall asleep and will wake up randomly at night, unable to fall back asleep. I don't drink anything caffeinated within 2 hours of when I lie down, but I find myself laying awake at night, and when I finally fall asleep I rarely sleep the full night. Usually I sleep from 12 am to 4 am, and it is hurting my social life. I have recently have had to stay home because I am to tired to continue my day.
