Hello, I Am 35 Years Old, I Have Found A

Hello, I am 35 years old, I have found a lump on my bottom right near the area at 3 week ago. I have been researching to see what it is and I figure it is either a hemorrhoid or a perianal hematoma. I am a very healthy and active person; I don't have any problems with constipation or anything like that. What would be the best way to treat this? It is not big at all, maybe the size of a pea, and is only slightly sore when I touch it or clench my anus. I have no pain. Hopefully it is not too serious that I need to see a doctor about it, because I hear they will go away after a while if treated correctly. I don't know how I got it, but I do lift weights and I did anally masturbate a few days before I discovered it which may have caused it.
