Hello I Am 55 Year Old Woman And I Do

Hello I am 55 year old woman and I do have something called Gerd that I take medication for but I also have A gurgling sound when I lie down on my back mainly at night time I can even open up my mouth and the sounds can get louder kind of like I'm using my mouth as an instrument it's very weird I have that gurgling sound and Bubbley fizzing noises and also that continue to make all of these noises it sounds as if it's in my esophagus I'm not quite sure sometimes I wonder if there is air leaking from somewhere that's what it sounds like is this something that sounds dangerous I'm wondering about the leaky sound of air. I have had a few Blood transfusions after surgeries and the doctor say that I lose blood I'm just wondering if all this Bubbley fizzing leaky air sounds that continu in my throat every night does this sound like it could be something serious thank you for listening.
