Hello. I Am 64 Y/o. I Fell Yesterday And Landed

Hello. I am 64 y/o. I fell yesterday and landed on my elbow and butt. It hurt the most in my right shoulder, and since them I have been unable to lift my arm to the front or the side. The pain seems to be most in the head of the humerus. The shoulder does not look like its dislocated. I have c spine problems, so numbness is normal in my hand. No bruising, no swelling.
