Hello, I Am A 32 Year Old Female And Recently

Hello, I am a 32 year old female and recently I have been having a numb tongue, alittle tingling in the lips and face, and stiffness and pain in my neck, upper back and shoulders and trouble swallowing or what feels like trouble swallowing. I try to drink alot of water but my mouth usu ally dry and my thirst is usually unquenchable. I have a an allergy to penicillin, and food sensitivities to certain fruits, not aware if anything else? My tongue has felt numb pretty consistently for the past 2 years..I have told doctors but I feel like they overlook it or don't take it seriously. And I have recently broke out what they said was impetigo around my nice and itchy bumps on the back of my head and neck and shoulders. I know that may not relate to my tongue issue but just mentioning it.
