Hello. I Am A 32 Year Old Male, And I

Hello. I am a 32 year old male, and I am taking 77 mgs of methadone. About 2 and a half weeks ago I started slowly going down from 80 mgs. For some reason, I am having severe debilitating depression and anxiety (panic attacks). Could this actually be a cause of decreasing my dose? Also, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow that I scheduled because of this. Is their a safe anti depressant or anti anxiety pill that I can take being on methadone? Thanks.
