Hello I Am A 33 Year Old Male. I Have

Hello I am a 33 year old male. I have just recently encountered a small bump under both of my armpits that are painful. They are about the size of a bean, they have been there approximately 3 days now. I also have just noticed on my pelvic area right side some swelling also that is sore to the touch. To make it all wose I have just seen a cold sore developing on the corner of my lip. I have done recent bloodwork for a physicals including all stds that were all negative. And cbc was all normal. What could this possibly be? Thank you
