Hello, I Am A 46 Yr Old Female, For The

Hello, I am a 46 yr old female, for the last week I have increasing problems sleeping at night waking up sometimes in a cold sweat and feeling strangely anxious and unable to sleep. I have a feeling of unexplained nausea on and off but no clear chest pain. I have been to the Dr and had all my organs checked and ultrasounds done but nothing found. Both Drs (GP and Gynaecologist) dismissed any concerns I presented about heart attack and said I had no chest pain. Instinctively I feel that something may be wrong as these feelings at night are not normal. Even half a Xanax did not remove my uneasy feelings, which it normally would. Also have a small pain between left should blade and neck. Duing the day I feel normal if I have had good sleep with some low level nausea. Finally I have hyperlipidaemia and am not taking a statin. What would you advise?
