Hello, I Am A 50 Year Old White Male, In

Hello, I am a 50 year old white male, in reasonably good health. The medications I take are Lisinopril HCTZ, 20/25 mg, a daily multivitamin, and occasional puffs from an Albuterol (Ventolin) inhaler. I am diagnosed with HTN, slight obesity, and asthma. I am an opiate addict, however have recently ( 1 week) entered an outpatient drug treatment (Methadone) program. I also drink 4-5 beers daily, and am a long-time cigarette smoker. I am not diabetic, and have no other health issues I am aware of, other than a couple of unfilled dental cavities. Recently (past month or so) I have noticed a distinct change in the odor of my urine. My diet has not changed in this time. My urine color has not changed, nor has its consistency. My urine is clear, or straw/yellow colored, with no blood, floaters, sediment or cloudiness. The odor is strong, foul-smelling, reminiscent of the odor of old urine one may encounter in a rarely cleaned public restroom. I do try to stay well hydrated, though I have noticed that I urinate more frequently since my dosage of the Lisinopril HCTZ was increased in the past couple of months. Could this change in urine odor be a cause for concern?
