Hello,
I am a female of 24 years of age.

Symptoms: Excessive hair loss causing thinning(250+ hair strands/day), itchiness due to dandruff,fever,lethargy,fatigue,insomnia.

I have sought help from a dermatologist who has been treating me for about 5 months now.
I have persistent dandruff for which she gave me two Anti Dandruff Shampoos "Conaz" and "Pirox" and a serum by Rudi Hadisuwarno Cosmetics.
For scaling of the hair I was given "Betnovate Lotion (Betamethasone)."
For hair growth I am using "Rudi Hadisuwarno hair growth serum" and "Specialist Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo" by Pharmaceris.
I am oiling my hair every alternate day with "olive oil" and "Gingelly Roots Oil."
I also took "Viviscal Hair Growth Tablet for Women" for 4 months.
I also took "Miso treatment for hair (Injecting of medicine into the hair with a derma pen) 12 sittings.

After these treatments were sought the hair loss decreased and good hair growth was witnessed as well but it lasted for less than a month after which hair loss resumed with excessive dandruff and scaling.

Despite all these efforts I still have excessive hair loss.
I also got tested for the following for which all the results were excellent.
-Serum TSH
-Serum FT4
-Serum B12
-Serum Creatinine
-SGPT (ALT)
-25 Hydroxy Vitamin D
-Urine Culture
-Urine Detail Report
-Anti Nuclear Antibodies
-Anti Smooth Muscle Antibodies
-Anti-Mitochondrial Antibodies.
-Haemoglobin
-Haematocrit
-Serum Calcium

Please help and advise.
