Hello,
I am a male, 20 years old. I am doing an internship in which I have to travel a lot. I am from Gangtok, Sikkim. And have been doing my graduation from Kolkata. I had to come to Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, last month for this internship propose. Three to four days after getting here, I started experiencing increase in Bowel movements and heavy gas. Didn't visit the doctor until I had lost my appetite in a few days. The doctor prescribed me a few meds and was confident that it would get better. I started drinking only packaged drinking water. Those meds got back my appetite but the gas and bowel movements stayed. I went to Hyderabad for a week and also visited the doctor there when I again started losing my appetite. There were few tests like Bilirubin, SGOT, etc.
All of them were clear. The doctor there gave me a few meds too. I got back to Balaghat and still not recovered. I again showed another doctor here. He has given me another set of meds after reviewing my condition properly. My bowel movements have been better since, but I am still having heavy gas and bloating. This bloating and gas increases when I lay down. I am not being able to sleep because of that. Last night I only slept for 2 hours. I am eating clean, Drinking bisleri water, exercising daily too. I don't know what to do. As I am travelling, it's been very very difficult for me.
