Hello I Am A Woman. I Just Turned 35 Yestersday.

Hello I am a woman. I just turned 35 yestersday. Ive recently gotten a job at a dast food restaraunt. I had worked about 8 yrs. tonight I was standing or walking the entire time. I've put in a little over 40 hrs in the past week since I got this job. So I thought it pretty normal when I awoke yesterday my feet and back were aching a lot. But after working I went to bed and a piercing , throbbing pain woke me. I first thought I was experiencing a Charlie horse. I thought I'd stretch it out. Nope. That was hurting my foot and lower left calf even more! I HAD to stand up. Tried to walk it off, with negative results Then I noticed a slight dark bulge on my big vein on my calve. Also a minute later, one on my ankle ,then a cluster of red dots on the left side of my knee. As I sat stooped over in pain, I watched several spider veins appear all along the length of my shin bone... Now the other side of my foot is starting to throb at the ankle , my knee has three dark bulges in a vein (i've never seen it there) on the top of my knee. I have had a dull pain (while writing this) on the backside of my left hamstring. And I just felt like a bubble popped in that area, its I can feel streaming hot sensation back there. And the very bottom of my foot is also burning and throbbing In Pain! All this in my left leg! Also am aware both my arm feel like 50 lbs heavier when I lift them over my head. Also its really hard to make a fist with my right hand & its cold to the touch! Please help me know what may be going on with my body! My mom has had quadruple bypass surgery. And had problems with vericose veins . but I've never had a thing wrong with my heart. I always thought I may have inherited her "bad circulation" problems. Like her, if I stand still for even a few minutes, my legs very white with purple spots all over them sometimes red w Almost black spots. Since turning 30 I've had several veins bust but never anything like this over several areas of my leg with pain that will not seem to cease.

I would like to know if I need to go to the ER right away or if this pain and bursting veins will likely cease so that I can rest easier and make an appt.with my family doctor tomorrow? Please respond back asap as I am getting more worried as my symptoms multiply.
