Hello I Am Experiencing Dull Pressure Under My Left Rib

I am experiencing dull pressure under my left rib cage that is consistently there. Also have seen bright red blood in my stools as well. The area where I feel pressure under my rib cage also feels itchy under the skin (or a bit tingly). Constipation has also set in as well. I do have a sibling who is a pancreatic cancer survivor and I am always concerned when I feel anything abnormal in this area. Any additional insight or guidance you can provide would be helpful.
