Hello, I Am Seventeen Years Old Girl, With 5"4' Height

Hello, I am seventeen years old girl, with 5"4' height and 48kg weight. Yesterday, i hav got a heavy work out day and today morning I catch fever and body pain. By the time of afternoon I noticed liquid bumps or something like that on my every body parts. They were itchy and while I scratch there a little the liquid inside pop out and after some time the area become brownish in colour. I am feeling weak but I don't have fever. Can you please tell me what it is and how i can be treated and cured???
