What Causes Sudden Heartburn 9 Days After Getting My Implants Replaced, Especially Since I Ve Never Had It Before?

Hello, I had my implants replaced 9 Days ago. The first week I was completely fine. Now starting yesterday I have been getting really bad heartburn. I ve never been a person to get heartburn in the past and I know the first time I had my implants done I did not get heartburn. What could be causing this? I am no longer taking any medication either.
