Hello, I Have 2 Nodules On My Left Thyroid Lobe

Hello, I have 2 nodules on my left thyroid lobe for about 3 weeks ,when my Right one is normal. They were noticed suddenly and there was swelling, mild pain and difficulty in swallowing with breathing for about 3 days. I took amoxicillin since I didn't have much of an option that time, the pain and difficulties had subsided. My doctor said they r hard during palpation. I don't have goitre. I did some investigation ( hormones, HRUS scan and thyroid scan), now waiting for the result. I would be thankful if I can get an opinion on my condition. Thank you very much for your valuable time!
