Hello, I Have A 5 Mm Stone Stuck In My

Hello, I have a 5 mm stone stuck in my ureter I have had minimal problems with stones until recently. I peed bright red blood for 4 days with some kidney pain although it seemed normal for my long standing unresolved issues. Then a week later I thought I was going to die and called 911 pain in left side fever chills shaking teeth chattering screaming. CT with contrast showed 5mm stone stuck in ureter. The month prior I had been having gallbladder area pain very bad also no resolve slowly tapered. The CT showed several cysts on my liver I had previously only known about 1 6mm cyst. They said in the ER also that there was free fluid, I asked from where and he said not sure maybe cysts or? I assume he meant or ureter ripped through? Is this possuible or what is the common ly seen senario
