Hello! I Have A Question About Returning Back To Work

Hello! I have a question about returning back to work after brain surgery. I have had seizures starting in 2006 and things were under control with dilantin and keppra. On Nov. 9, 2015 I had an operation on my head that had a cavernous part removed. since this operation all of the little blanks that I would have, twitches in bed according to my wife have disappeared and I have put myself through absolute heck and with walking my dog 450 km in less than 2 months, stayed awake when tired, all of the things that would cause the little blanks. the last major seizure that I had was March 2014. I drive a forklift for a living and I am wondering what time period the doctors look at before allowing someone a letter for a work place. Also a drivers license
