Hello, I Have A Two Spontaneous Pneumothorax Both On Left

Hello, I have a two spontaneous pneumothorax both on left lung. One time I needed a chest tube and the other time it healed itself. I have multiple blebs on both lungs. I just recently had very severe pain and all the symptoms when I had my collapsed lung, however I went to the doctor and they said a bleb could have just ruptured not causing a collapse though. Is there any way to avoid these blebs from popping? What causes them to pop?
